How to participate
1. Create & post a piece of content featuring Pickleland. Valid entries include:
- Instagram/Facebook/TikTok Posts/Reels
- Youtube videos
- Blog posts
- etc
2. Add us a collaborator / tag us (@picklelandatx) and send us the post via DM.
3. We select a lucky winner every ~3 months!
We will evaluate your content based on
- Most creative
- Most viral (comments, views, etc)
- Best edits
- Most fun
- Best representation of the Pickleland brand: great community, fun open play, amazing facilities
You don’t need to get the most views, likes or most followers to win! Just have fun making content!
Ideas / Examples
- Make fun of how hard it is to play outdoors in Central Texas (too sunny, too windy, too cold) then cut into blissful play indoors at Pickleland
- Recreate some insane viral shot
- Write a blog post about your experience at Pickleland
- Make a meme / funny video on our courts: example.
- Do a classic play/event recap: example.
- Do a facility walkthrough: example.
- Make your own cool video!
Legal notice:
Eligibility:
Participants must be at least 18 years of age and residents of Texas to be eligible to enter. Employees of Pickleland LLC and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Submission Guidelines:
All submissions must comply with the content guidelines of each social media network, including but not limited to, the prohibition of illegal, offensive, or harmful content. Pickleland LLC reserves the right to disqualify any submission that, in its sole discretion, violates these guidelines.
Selection of Winners:
Winners will be selected by a panel of judges appointed by Pickleland LLC. The decisions of the judges are final and binding in all matters related to the contest.
Claiming the Prize:
Winners will be contacted via the social media account used to participate in the challenge. If a winner does not respond within 7 calendar days, they will forfeit their prize. The membership prize is non-transferable and cannot be assigned to anyone other than the winner. Upon claiming their prize, winners will be comped a Morning or Weekend Membership effective immediately, and active for 30 consecutive days. Membership cannot be paused or snoozed. By claiming the prize, winners agree in perpetuity to Pickleland’s terms and conditions, including granting Pickleland LLC a perpetual, royalty-free license to use their submitted video and associated likeness for promotional, advertising, or other business purposes across all media platforms. Use of Likeness:
By entering the contest, participants consent to the use of their name, likeness, and video submission in any media, including but not limited to, digital, print, or broadcast, for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Limitation of Liability:
Pickleland LLC is not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to, network failures, bugs, or any other errors that may prevent participation in the contest. Participants agree to release and hold harmless Pickleland LLC from any and all liability arising from or related to participation in the contest or acceptance of any prize.
Privacy:
Personal information collected during the course of the contest will be used solely for the purpose of administering the contest and will be handled in accordance with Pickleland LLC’s privacy policy.
Governing Law:
This contest and the rights and obligations of all participants and Pickleland LLC shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Modification and Termination:
Pickleland LLC reserves the right to modify, shorten, extend, suspend, or terminate the contest at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if it is not capable of running as planned due to technical issues, fraud, or any other causes beyond the control of Pickleland LLC.
Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising out of or related to this contest shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration in Austin Texas, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
