Moneyball is hosting a Mixed  Moneyball tournament with a 4.0 bracket (8.5 Combined DUPR) and a 5.0 Bracket (10.5 Combined DIPR. The winning team takes Prize! You will pick your partners and pools will be based on total DUPR average. Everyone is guaranteed a minimum of 4 games and a maximum of 6 games. This tournament will be recorded in DUPR. We will be using the Vulcan ball.

ANY TEAM THAT IS NOT WITHIN DUPR PARAMETERS (+0.03 buffer determined on date of signup) WILL BE REMOVED!

-$400 Payout for 8 teams

-$300 Payout for 6 Teams (Bracket will change to 2 pools of 3 and 3 guaranteed games)

-Less than 6 teams the bracket will be canceled

Format:

• Round Robin
  • Two pools (A & B) 4 teams in each pool
  • Games to 11 win by 2 – side out (cap 13)
  • No timeouts
  • All teams advance out of the round robin stage
• Play Offs
  • Teams are seeded based on performance in the round robin
  • One game to 15 win by 2 – side out (cap 17)
  • Winners advance through the bracket
  • One timeout per team
• Round 3: Championship
  • Final two teams of the bracket play in the championship
  • Best 2/3 game to 11, side out or one game to 15 win by 2 side out, depending on time
  • One timeout per team
  • Winning team takes the pot

Cancellation and Refund Policy for Pickleball Tournament

1. Cancellation by Participant:
   • Participants who wish to cancel their registration for the pickleball tournament must notify Moneyball Nation in writing or via email.
   • Full refunds will be provided for cancellations made one week (7 days) or more before the tournament start date.
2. Partial Refund Policy:
   • Participants cancelling their registration between 3 to 6 days before the tournament start date will be eligible for a partial refund, with an administrative fee deducted from the registration fee.
3. No Refund Policy:
   • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 3 days of the tournament start date or for participants who fail to show up for the tournament without prior notification.
4. Refund Processing:
   • Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after the cancellation request is received and approved by Moneyball Nation.
5. Exceptions:
   • In case of extenuating circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies, documented personal emergencies), Moneyball Nation reserves the right to review and potentially adjust the refund policy on a case-by-case basis.

By registering for the pickleball tournament, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the cancellation and refund policy outlined above.
