Pickleland Giveaway – Official Rules

No Purchase Necessary to Enter or Win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.
1. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of Texas, age 18 or older. Void outside Texas and where prohibited by law. Employees of Pickleland LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their immediate families are not eligible to win.
2. Entry Period
The giveaway begins on June 17, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM CT on June 25, 2025.
3. How to Enter
To enter:
- Follow @Picklelandatx on Instagram AND Facebook
- Like the giveaway post
- Tag3 friends in a new, separate comment (each comment counts as one entry)
- (Optional) Share the post to your story for one bonus entry and tag @picklelandatx
Unlimited entries allowed, but each must include different tagged friends. Spam, bots, or fake accounts will be disqualified. Pickleland reserves the right to disqualify any entries at our sole discretion.
4. Prize
One (1) winner and their guest will receive a free 1-hour 1-court reservation at Pickleland, redeemable only on Sunday, June 29, 2025, between 4:00–8:00 PM CT.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $40
Prize has no cash value, is non-transferable, and must be used during the stated time.
5. Winner Selection & Notification
Winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on June 26, 2025. Winner will be notified via direct message on the platform they entered on. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, prize will be forfeited. Winner must create an account on the Pickleland app and sign our Liability Waiver to redeem prize.
6. Odds
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. General Terms
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Pickleland LLC, its officers, and employees from any liability related to the giveaway. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.
8. Taxes
Winner is responsible for any applicable taxes. If required, a Form 1099-MISC may be issued.
9. Privacy
Any information collected will be used solely for administering this giveaway and will not be shared.
