Courts: sturdy with spacious divisions, high ceilings, and good lighting (you won’t be blinded if the ball goes high). You can tell the builders did research on quality pickleball courts and executed it very well. Vibes: really friendly and accommodating staffs! Competition for open play is one of the best in Austin, so if you want some fun and good games, this is your place! 🙂
Come visit us and have better games than the ones you are currently having! We have open play by levels and have extended hours of operation. We promise it’s worth the drive.

Leander pickleball players know the drill: great outdoor city courts when the weather cooperates, fewer options when it doesn’t. The drive to a fully indoor, DUPR-organized club from Leander has historically meant a real commitment — 30–35 minutes east via 1431 to I-35.
Pickleland is that club. Nine fully-fenced indoor courts, climate-controlled, with the tournament-grade surface and ceiling height (24’–26′) that serious players want. From Leander, the route is straightforward: 1431 east to I-35, exit Pflugerville Parkway. About 30 minutes off-peak.
Worth the drive? Here’s what Leander regulars tell us pulls them across the metro: DUPR-organized open play across six skill bands. You’re playing with people at your level, every session, every day. That’s the difference between a satisfying two-hour session and one where half the games feel off. Add monthly Free Intro to Pickleball nights for friends/family new to the sport, daily DUPR scrambles to get a real rating, and lessons with US Open-level coaches.
Practically: free parking out front (no garages, always a spot), open 8am–10pm weekdays and 8am–8pm weekends, paddle rental available ($5 standard, $8 upgraded), and a mezzanine lounge with free 1Gbps WiFi for working between matches. No membership required to walk in — guests start at $5 for weekday-morning open play.
If Leander’s outdoor scene has done what it can for your game, the next step is 30 minutes east. We’re worth the trip.
