Active & Fit | Silver & Fit

What benefit is provided?

How to sign up

  1. Your employer or insurance plan might offer Active & Fit (or Silver&Fit for those over 65+).
    • Ask your HR department or insurance provider for instructions on how to sign up as they will provide you with their own special link. We cannot sign you up on our end.
    • For more info, you can call the Active&Fit support line at 877-329-2746.
  2. Once you are signed up to the Active & Fit network, please email [email protected]
    • Subject: “Insurance Sign Up”
    • In the body, please include: Name, DOB, and your Fitness ID provided by Active&Fit.
  3. We will then assign you a special membership you can use.

How to use your benefits

  2. Navigate to your desired Open Play slot
  3. When paying, select the checkbox that says “Free pass”

United Health Care – Renew Active®, One Pass™, & Aaptiv Fitness

What benefit is provided?

How to sign up

  1. To enroll in the program, you will need to activate your membership at your One Pass Select or Aaptiv Access Website (ask your HR Manager or insurance provider for instructions).
    • Members are eligible through their qualified employer or qualified family member’s employer and are typically aged 18-64.
      • One Pass member codes will begin with B and be followed by 9 numbers (e.g., B000000000)
      • Aaptiv Access member codes will begin with P and be followed by 9 numbers (e.g., P000000000)
  2. Once you have activated your membership and selected a tier, you will need to provide our facility with your One Pass Select or Aaptiv Access Member Code.
    • To obtain your member code, log into your website and your Member Code will be on the dashboard. For additional assistance, you can call:
      • One Pass Customer Service toll-free at 877-515-9364. Their hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 9 PM CT.
      • Aaptiv Access Customer Service at 877-290 2815. Their hours are Monday to Friday, 5 AM to 5 PM CT.
  3. Once you are signed up to the Active & Fit network, please email [email protected]
    • Subject: “Insurance Sign Up”
    • In the body, please include: Name, DOB, Home Address and your Member Code.

FitOn Health

What benefit is provided?

How to sign up

  1. Your employer or insurance plan might offer FitOn Health insurance.
    • Ask your HR department or insurance provider for instructions on how to sign up as they will provide you with their own special link. We cannot sign you up on our end.

  2. Once you are signed up, select our facility.
  3. We will receive an automatic email from FitOn. You don’t need to do anything else.
  4. We will then assign you a special membership you can use.

Grouper (paused until further notice)

Pickleland has partnered with Grouper to bring eligible members, age 65 or older, benefits for staying healthy and socially connected.

How to sign up

  1. Verify you are eligible on the Grouper website here to see if you are eligible for your social fitness benefit.
  2. Sign up for any of our memberships or programs (lessons, leagues, etc qualify) and pay directly on the Pickleland website / app

Pickleland has partnered with SilverSneakers to provide you with amazing pickleball benefits. This is available at no cost for eligible adults 65+ through select Medicare plans.

  2. Get your 16-digit SilverSneakers code ready
    • If you need help, you can call SilverSneakers Experience Center at 1-888-423-4632

What to do when coming to Pickleland

  1. Please scan your SilverSneakers card or type in your 16-digit ID into our tablet before coming in!
  2. Do this every time you come for open play so that we can get paid for your visit 🙂

Wellhub (formely Gympass) is a corporate wellness platform that provides employees with access to a network of gyms, studios, and online wellness resources, all through a single membership, aiming to promote employee wellbeing and productivity.

What to do when coming to Pickleland

  1. Please click “check in” on your Wellhub app when at the facility
  2. Let our staff know that you are using Wellhub every time so we can also check you in our end
  3. Thank you! This ensures that we can get paid for your visit 🙂

ClassPass is a subscription-based service that provides access to a variety of fitness and wellness classes across different studios, gyms, and wellness centers. With ClassPass, you can book open play, select pickleball classes and more.

What benefit is provided?

How to sign up

  1. Sign up via ClassPass
  2. Select and book your desired open play or class offered on ClassPass
  3. We will get an email about it, and we will add you to our internal booking software.

How to use your benefits

  1. Download the Pickleland App or visit the Pickleland Booking website to sign our waiver
  2. Visit us and let us know at the front desk that you are coming from ClassPass.

Could my private insurance cover my pickleball membership?

How to sign up

  1. Call the number on the back of your health insurance card and ask about any “Fitness” or “Health and Wellness” benefits that might be offered to you.


Switching from a regular Pickleland membership to an insurance membership

If you are already a regular member at Pickleland (i.e. Morning or Unlimited membership) and want to switch to an insurance membership, here are important things to note:

  1. We cannot refund or prorate your existing regular membership if you wish to switch plans, so you might have a slight overlap between your new insurance membership and your current regular membership while it’s still active. During this overlap period, you are still able to use the benefits of your existing regular membership.
  2. Once you have followed the steps for the specific insurance plan you have (described in sections above), we will assign you your new insurance membership as soon as you’re eligible (sometimes this kicks in on the first of the next month depending on your insurance, and sometimes you are eligible instantly). Please allow at least 1-2 business days for us to process your insurance membership.
  3. You can check your membership status and plan by using the Pickleland App and then going to:
    • Profile > Gear Icon > Memberships

  5. Membership Processing: Insurance memberships at Pickleland are subject to verification and approval. Processing times may vary, and access to benefits may not be immediate.
  6. Switching Membership Plans: If transitioning from a regular Pickleland membership to an insurance-based membership, note that refunds or prorated credits for existing memberships are not available. Overlap periods may occur, during which both memberships remain active.
