More than a break.
Active play during the school day does more than burn energy β it helps kids learn. A mid-day session sends them back to the books sharper.
Focus & attention
Movement improves focus and lengthens attention span back at the desk.
Memory
Regular physical activity enhances memory and retention.
Mood
A good rally boosts mood and shakes off the mid-day slump.
Problem-solving
Game play supports executive function and problem-solving skills.
Learning through play

Absolutely β parents are welcome to play right alongside their kids. Adults pay the same $5 per person (and play free if you're a Pickleland member).
Can I just watch instead of playing? +

No β this is casual, self-directed open play, not a coached class. Families organize their own games, and parents are welcome to play alongside their kids. If you'd like structured instruction, take a look at our Junior Academy or lessons.
