We're open every day of the week! Mon–Fri 8am–10pm and Sat–Sun 8am–8pm. Hours can shift a little for special events, so feel free to check ahead.

What is open play? +
It's our casual drop-in format — players rotate through fun games, grouped by skill level so you're always matched with the right crowd. Reserve a spot at play.pickleland.com to guarantee your spot!
What are the open play levels? +
- Beginner <3.0
- Intermediate 3.0–3.49
- Upper Intermediate 3.5–3.99
- Advanced 3.7+
- Premier 4.2+

Which open play formats do you offer? +
We've got something for everyone — Youth, Family, Singles, Ladies' Night, Couples Mixer, and 55+ Silver, plus fun themed socials sprinkled throughout the week.
How much is open play? +
Members play free, as much as they like! Guests are always welcome too — just $5–$10 off-peak and $15–$20 during peak times.
Are there late-cancel or no-show fees? +
We totally get that plans change! For members it's a $5 late-cancel and $7 no-show fee, and guest bookings are non-refundable. Giving us an early heads-up helps us free the spot for another player.
I'm a beginner — will you teach me? +
Yes! We offer a Free Intro to Pickleball class that is 100% complimentary. No experience needed and we provide the paddles. Reserve your spot →
What are the open play rules? +
Keep it courteous and sportsmanlike! Games go to 11, win by 2. When 8 or more players are waiting, all four rotate off after a game — otherwise, winners stay on.
What is DUPR? +
DUPR (Dynamic Universal Pickleball Rating) is the global rating system that scores players from about 2.00 to 8.00+ based on real match results — who you played, the outcome, and the margin. It's how we keep open play balanced and fun.
How do I get a DUPR rating? +
Just play official games that get logged in the DUPR database! Join DUPR scrambles, grab a Provisional DUPR assessment from a coach, or play tournaments and moneyballs.

How do I book a court? +
Easy! Book online anytime at pickleland.com/book, or give us a call at (737) 265-7002 and we'll get you set up.
How much are court rentals? +
$16/hr (non-peak) · $25/hr (semi-peak) · $40/hr (peak). Members enjoy nice discounts, too! See membership perks →
Can I rent a paddle or ball machine? +
Absolutely! Paddle rentals are $5 (basic) or $8 (pro), and the ball machine is $15/hr.
How do I add a guest to my reservation? +
Easy! Have your guest create an account and sign the waiver at pickleland.com/signup, then submit a guest request at pickleland.com/guests and we'll add them to your reservation. Guest fees may apply depending on your membership.

Do I need a membership to play? +
Nope — guests are always welcome. Members get unlimited free play, discounted courts, and member-only events. See plans →
When does my membership start? +
Right away! Your membership kicks in the moment you purchase it, so you can start playing the very same day.
Can I bring guests? +
Of course — pickleball is more fun with friends! Unlimited members get 1 guest pass per month for open play. Morning and Weekend tiers don't include guest passes, but your guests are still welcome to join at the standard drop-in fee — $4–$10/hr per guest for a private court reservation, and $5–$20 per open play session.
What is the cancellation policy? +
We just ask for a 30-day notice. Please note that membership fees are non-refundable in the case of cancellation, injury, or travel. Read the full contract →
How do free court rentals work for members? +
Happy to explain! Morning and Unlimited members get one free hourly court per day on weekdays 8am–5pm (excluding weekends and holidays). Weekend members get one free reservation on weekends 8am–8pm. Need extra courts or a peak-time slot? Those are 30% off for members.
Do perks roll over month to month? +
They don't, so be sure to enjoy them! Unused perks expire at the end of the month and can't be shared, so we'd recommend redeeming them while your membership is active.

🏟️ The Facility
How many courts do you have? +
We're proud of our 9 indoor courts — generously spaced and fully fenced, with a premium surface, soaring 24–26' ceilings, tournament-grade lighting, and a climate-controlled environment that stays cool, crisp, and comfortable all year round.
Is everything indoors? +
Yep — the whole facility is indoors and air-conditioned, which means no weather cancellations, ever. Rain or shine, we're ready to play!
What should I wear? +
Just comfy athletic clothes and tennis shoes (non-marking soles, please!). We keep it cool and comfortable inside year-round — it feels crisp at first, but warms up fast once you start playing, so light layers are perfect.
Do you sell food and drinks? +
We sure do! We've got grab-and-go snacks and sports beverages, plus ready-to-drink alcohol — beer, wine, seltzers, and more — all fully licensed. We don't have a full bar, but our fridge has you covered. Just a heads-up: outside alcohol isn't allowed.
What's the mezzanine? +
It's our upstairs lounge — think board games, Jenga, Ping Pong ($5), and speedy 1 Gbps WiFi. It's a great spot to cheer on games, relax between sessions, or host an event.
Can I cowork from Pickleland? +
Yes, we'd love that! We have 1 Gbps internet and coworking sessions available — and pickleball is just a bonus if you want to play between calls.
Is there free parking? +
Yes — plenty of free parking right out front, so you can roll in and start playing.
Do you have ping pong, cornhole, or board games? +
We do! Ping Pong is $5, and all our other games — giant Jenga, cornhole, and board games — are free to enjoy.
Are pets allowed? +
We love animals, but unfortunately pets aren't allowed inside the facility.
🛍️ Pro Shop & Equipment
I don't have a paddle. +
No paddle? No problem! Rent one at the front desk for $5–$8. We carry the latest brands and models for you to try before you buy!
What else is in the pro shop? +
Lots of goodies — paddles, balls, eyewear, grips, tape, apparel, and bags. Our inventory rotates often, so just ask at the front desk and we'll show you what's in stock!
Which paddle brands do you carry? +
Our rotating lineup includes Joola, Selkirk, Diadem, Slapp Life, and Avoura. Stock changes often, so ask the front desk what's in right now.
Can I demo a paddle before buying? +
Yes! Demo a paddle for $8 for the whole day and swap as often as you like. We also host a monthly Paddle Demo Day with coach guidance so you can find your perfect fit.

Can I host a birthday party? +
We'd love to host you — for kids and adults alike! Book 1–3 courts directly, or fill out a special event form for catering and mini-tournament options. See party packages →
Do you do corporate events? +
All the time — anywhere from 10 to 300 people! Think company outings, sales kick-offs, team tournaments, recruiting events, and more. Our GM will happily coordinate every detail for you. Get a quote →

💳 Payments & Policies
What payment methods do you accept? +
We're a cashless facility, so we happily accept debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. (A standard 8.25% sales tax applies to all purchases.)
Can I pay with HSA or FSA funds? +
Pickleball usually isn't HSA/FSA-eligible unless it's medically necessary. If your doctor provides a letter of medical necessity, you can submit it to your HSA/FSA administrator for reimbursement.
Do you have gift cards? +

Do insurance or wellness programs cover Pickleland? +

What is your refund policy? +
Generally all sales are final, though we'll always make things right if Pickleland needs to cancel an event due to low signups or unforeseen circumstances.
Are children allowed? +
Kids are absolutely welcome to join the fun! We just ask that they're supervised, and a quick waiver is required. Please note we aren't able to offer childcare services.
Can I sign up at the front desk? +
