10 open play visits per calendar month (1 per day) at select times and skill levels. Visits reset the 1st of each month. Excludes Ladies Night, 4.0+ / 4.6+ sessions, and holidays.
- Confirm Active & Fit / Silver & Fit is in your plan โ your employer enrollment link is required. Active & Fit support: 877-329-2746.
- Email your Name, DOB, and Fitness ID to support [at] pickleland [dot] com so we can activate you on our end.
When you book an eligible open play session, check the "Free pass" box at checkout. We handle reporting visits back to Active & Fit automatically.

If your UHC plan includes Renew Active, One Pass, or Aaptiv Fitness, you get 10 open play visits per calendar month (1 per day).
- Activate your membership through your One Pass Select or Aaptiv Access portal (ask HR or UHC for instructions).
- Get your member code โ One Pass starts with B + 9 numbers; Aaptiv starts with P + 9 numbers.
- Email your Name, DOB, Home Address, and Member Code to support [at] pickleland [dot] com.

If Pickleland isn't in your current One Pass / Aaptiv tier, log into your portal and change tier โ changes take effect the 1st of the following month.

For eligible Medicare Advantage members (typically 65+), Silver Sneakers covers 1 open play visit per day during set windows: weekdays 8โ10am, 2โ4pm, 4โ6pm, 8โ10pm; weekends 8amโ8pm. Holidays may be excluded, and staying past your window incurs a drop-in fee.

- Get your 16-digit Silver Sneakers Member ID.
- Email your Full Name, DOB, and 16-digit Member ID to support [at] pickleland [dot] com.
- Each visit, scan your card or enter your ID on the front-desk tablet.

- Book the open-play or clinic slot you want.
- Show your ClassPass confirmation at our front desk โ we'll get you on a court.

Aetna's fitness reimbursement benefit covers gym memberships including pickleball clubs.
Cigna's Healthy Rewards program offers up to $150/yr individual or $300/yr family for fitness activities.

Switching from a regular Pickleland membership to an insurance membership.
Already paying out of pocket? You can switch to an insurance-covered membership any time. Existing payments are non-refundable and not prorated, so a slight overlap is possible. Allow 1โ2 business days to process. Check your status in the app under Profile โ Gear Icon โ Memberships.
Email us to switch โPlease note: using someone else's benefit, or continuing to use your insurance membership past its expiration date, is not permitted. Any such sessions will be charged retroactively at full price.

Will my plan really cover pickleball? +
If your plan has any of these in it โ Renew Active, One Pass, Aaptiv, Active & Fit, Silver & Fit, Silver Sneakers, FitOn Health, Wellhub, or ClassPass โ Pickleland is covered. Aetna, Cigna, Devoted Health, Medicare Advantage, and BCBSTX also offer fitness reimbursement that often applies.
How much court time do I actually get? +
Most fitness partners (UHC, Active & Fit / Silver & Fit, Wellhub) give you 10 open play visits per calendar month, 1 per day, at select times. FitOn Health unlocks our full Unlimited membership โ the most complete benefit. Silver Sneakers covers 1 visit per day in set windows. Reimbursement plans (Aetna up to $1,200/yr, Cigna up to $300/yr per family, Devoted up to $150/yr) pay you back after the fact.
Can I use my HSA or FSA? +
Sometimes โ fitness expenses qualify under some HSA/FSA plans but not all. Check with your plan administrator. If yes, just use your HSA/FSA debit card at checkout.

Enrollment Assistance: While we provide general guidance about signing up, we cannot enroll members directly or alter any details of your insurance plan. Please contact your insurance provider or HR department for assistance.
Membership Processing: Insurance memberships at Pickleland are subject to verification and approval. Processing times may vary, and access to benefits may not be immediate.
Switching Membership Plans: If transitioning from a regular Pickleland membership to an insurance-based membership, note that refunds or prorated credits for existing memberships are not available. Overlap periods may occur, during which both memberships remain active.
