Buy it if

  • You want a thicker core. At 16 mm it sits at the thick end, which usually means a softer feel and more control.
  • You hit a two-handed backhand. The 5.52-inch handle leaves room for both hands.
  • You want reach. It is 16.54 inches long with a 7.48-inch face, the long, narrow layout singles players and former tennis players tend to like.
  • You like a light paddle. 7.93 oz puts it among the lightest we stock, which helps in fast hands battles at the kitchen.

Skip it if

  • You want the quicker pop of a thinner 13 or 14 mm core.
  • You want the biggest sweet spot you can get. The 7.48-inch face is one of the narrowest we stock.

Courts: sturdy with spacious divisions, high ceilings, and good lighting (you won't be blinded if the ball goes high). You can tell the builders did research on quality pickleball courts and executed it very well. Vibes: really friendly and accommodating staff! Competition for open play is one of the best in Austin, so if you want some fun and good games, this is your place!
