Avoura makes three paddles, and the choice between them is a choice of shape. The Rhapsody 13 is the widebody and the most stable on off-center hits by Avoura’s own numbers. The Rivelle is the hybrid and has the lowest swing weight. The Revaya is the elongated one, with the most reach and the least resistance to twisting.
Pickleland stocks all three, each in pink and blue. We don’t lab-test paddles. Every figure below is from Avoura’s published specs, checked on October 9, 2026. Avoura is one of the brands that publishes swing weight and twist weight, so its lineup can be compared directly.

Source: Avoura's published specs on avourapickleball.com, checked October 9, 2026. Avoura lists an average weight for the Rhapsody 13 and a range for the other two. It does not list a core thickness on the Rivelle or Revaya spec sheets, so we don't supply one.
You can load all three into the compare tool, or sort them against every other paddle we carry in the paddle specs table.
What the numbers say
The big gap is twist weight, not swing weight. Twist weight describes how well a paddle resists rotating when you hit the ball off-center. The Rhapsody 13 lists 7.76. The Rivelle lists 6.09 and the Revaya 5.83. That’s a spread of almost two points across three paddles from one brand, and it follows face width: 8.37 inches, then 7.75, then 7.5.
Swing weight barely moves. Swing weight is how heavy the paddle feels in motion. The three sit at 110, 109 and 112, a three-point spread. The elongated Revaya is the highest, as you’d expect from the longest paddle, but the widebody Rhapsody 13 is not the lowest. The hybrid Rivelle is.
So you are mostly trading stability for reach. Going from the Rhapsody 13 to the Revaya adds a full inch of length and takes 0.87 inches off the width. Per the spec sheets, that costs about two points of twist weight and adds two points of swing weight.
If those two terms are new, our paddle weight guide explains what each one changes on court.
The grip is slim on all three. Avoura lists a 4.1 inch grip circumference across the lineup. That’s on the small side, and it leaves room to build the handle up with an overgrip. See our grip size guide if you’re unsure what fits your hand.
Rhapsody 13
The Rhapsody 13 is the widebody: 15.5 inches long and 8.37 inches wide, with a 5.25 inch handle. It’s the shortest and widest paddle Avoura makes, and the only one with a published core thickness, 13mm. The face is raw T700 carbon fiber over Avoura’s PolyPropel honeycomb core.
Avoura says the Rhapsody 13 has the largest sweet spot in pickleball. That is the maker’s claim, and we haven’t tested it. What the spec sheet does show is a 7.76 twist weight, well above the other two, and twist weight is the number most closely tied to how forgiving a paddle feels away from the center.
Avoura describes it as designed for players of all levels, forgiving for newcomers with enough control and spin for advanced players.
Who it suits: doubles players who spend most points at the kitchen line, anyone who wants consistency over reach, and players who use one hand on the backhand. The 5.25 inch handle is the shortest in the lineup, so it’s the least natural fit for a two-handed backhand.
The Rhapsody 13 is also a thin-core paddle. If you’re weighing that against a thicker one, read 13mm vs. 16mm paddles.
Rivelle
The Rivelle is the hybrid: 16.25 × 7.75 inches with a 5.5 inch handle. It sits between the other two on length and width, and closer to the Revaya than to the Rhapsody 13. Its 109 swing weight is the lowest in the lineup, and its 6.09 twist weight sits just above the Revaya’s.
Avoura describes it as engineered for all-court players who don’t want to be boxed into one style, and says it adapts whether you’re dropping, dinking or driving.
Who it suits: players who split time between singles and doubles, and anyone who wants a longer handle than the Rhapsody 13 without the highest swing weight in the lineup. If you like the Revaya’s shape on paper but want a slightly wider face, this is the one to try against it.
Revaya
The Revaya is the elongated paddle: 16.5 × 7.5 inches, 5.5 inch handle. It has the highest swing weight of the three at 112 and the lowest twist weight at 5.83.
Avoura says it’s built for players who play big, lists it as ideal for tennis-to-pickleball converts, and describes it as designed for commanding court presence, explosive drives and two-handed precision.
Who it suits: singles players, tennis converts used to a longer swing, and players who want reach on overheads and wide balls. The low twist weight means it rewards clean contact more than the other two. If you tend to catch the ball near the edge, the Rhapsody 13 is the more forgiving choice on paper.
Players who like the Revaya’s reach but want more stability sometimes add perimeter weight. Our lead tape guide and swing weight calculator show what that does to the numbers before you stick anything on.
What all three share
Avoura’s Rivelle and Revaya pages list the same three technologies:
- Sweet-Spot Enhancement System. Avoura says it expands the paddle’s optimal contact zone for better consistency on off-center hits.
- PolyPropel core. A polypropylene core that Avoura describes as metallic gel-infused, which it says improves balance and feel.
- Avoura-Tek carbon fiber face. T700 raw carbon.
The Rhapsody 13’s spec sheet names the same PolyPropel core and Avoura-Tek face.
All three are listed as USA Pickleball approved. If you play sanctioned events, our guide to checking whether a paddle is legal shows how to look up the exact model.
Who makes Avoura paddles
Avoura is a young brand. Its About page puts the idea in December 2023, development of the Sweet-Spot Enhancement System in April 2024, and the launch in January 2025.
The company presents itself as family-run. It says it was created by the “First Family of Pickleball” and is led by Jennifer Dawson, whom it describes as a Hall of Famer with 20 U.S. Open and National titles, along with Steve Dawson and Callan Dawson. Avoura says each paddle is made in the United States, and its Rivelle and Revaya pages say those paddles are crafted in California (Avoura).
Colorways
We carry each model in pink and blue. The published specs are the same for both colors of a model.
